Guest Arrival
The arrival experience is defined by a bespoke entrance installation that sets the tone for both reflection and celebration. Designed as a large, sculptural picture frame in Casablanca’s signature orange hue, the piece immediately connects to the venue’s strongest colour identity. At its centre, a fully reflective mirrored door is inscribed with the words “Reflecting on the last 60 Years,” inviting guests to see themselves as part of the story. The mirror becomes both a moment of pause and a powerful photo opportunity - capturing guests within the frame of six decades of shared memories and milestones.
As guests open the mirrored door and step through the frame, the installation transforms into a symbolic threshold—marking the transition from past to present, reflection to celebration. Soft floral accents adorning the frame echo the pastel tones of Casablanca Beach Club, adding warmth and elegance without overpowering the design. The result is a striking, meaningful entrance that functions as art, storytelling, and experience all at once - creating an unforgettable sense of arrival worthy of such a landmark anniversary.

Mirror representing all the faces who come together to make the company Vitol, and reflecting on the last 60 years, for a unique take on an event entrance.
Musical Welcome Pathway
After stepping through the archway, guests enter a musical welcome walkway designed to heighten anticipation and immerse them fully into the Sunset Soirée atmosphere. Along the pathway, rows of violinists stand elevated on sleek sunset-lit podiums, creating a striking visual corridor of music and movement. Their modern, cinematic arrangements drift through the air, harmonising with the colours of the sky and the gentle roll of the ocean. The elevated performers not only frame the walkway but create a sense of grandeur and celebration, guiding guests forward with both sound and spectacle. It is a transitional moment that feels curated, intimate, and unmistakably special – a living overture to the night ahead.

DJ Live Percussion & Saxophone
Denys & Luis bring a sun-soaked blend of Cuban percussion and Colombian saxophone that feels perfectly at home in the laid-back yet vibrant atmosphere of Casablanca Beach Club. Their sound is rich, rhythmic, and full of soul—combining Denys’ infectious Afro-Cuban grooves with Luis’ smooth, expressive sax lines to create a soundtrack that flows effortlessly from relaxed daytime ambience into golden-hour energy.
With an intuitive sense of timing and atmosphere, the duo weaves together elegant, melodic moments with uplifting, dance-ready rhythms that invite movement without overpowering the space. Their chemistry is warm and organic, making them an ideal live element for beachfront settings, sunset sessions, and stylish celebrations—bringing a natural sense of rhythm, warmth, and effortless energy that perfectly complements the Casablanca vibe.

Singing Pianist - Ryan
Ryan is a dynamic singing pianist known for his polished performances and natural flair for entertaining. With experience spanning international stages, London’s West End, and major television and live projects, he brings versatility and refinement to every event. His extensive repertoire allows him to adapt effortlessly, from creating elegant ambience to energising the room.
Having performed alongside artists such as Andrew Lloyd Webber, Sir Tom Jones, and will.i.am, Ryan is now based in Dubai and in high demand for luxury private events. His expressive vocals, accomplished piano playing, and engaging stage presence make him a standout performer throughout the evening.
Ryan will be booked directly through Harry due to their prior working relationship.
Ryan to perform solo on piano during guest entrance and mingling hours, and then as an upbeat performance alongside DJ Elizabeats.

Fire Performances
We propose a versatile fire and LED performance troupe who will enhance the atmosphere with elegant roaming moments throughout the evening. Using a range of props—fire fans, short staffs, LED poi, pixel wands, and illuminated wings—they create intimate bursts of light and movement as they mingle through the venue, adding warmth and visual intrigue without interrupting the flow of the event. As the night progresses, these roaming elements build toward a dedicated feature performance, where the artists come together for a choreographed fire-and-light showcase designed to captivate the full audience. The finale blends dynamic fire sequences with vibrant LED effects, creating a seamless transition from sunset glow to nighttime energy. All performers are highly skilled, and accustomed to outdoor activations, ensuring a safe, polished, and memorable addition to the Sunset Soirée.

DJ Elizabeats is a Belarusian-born DJ whose sound is rooted in house music, seamlessly expanding across genres to suit the energy and flow of any event. Having travelled the world performing, she became a prominent figure within Thailand’s vibrant house music scene before relocating to Dubai, where she has spent the past few years establishing herself across the city’s leading venues.
Hand-chosen for this event due to her refined musical style and instinctive understanding of atmosphere, Elizabeats is known for her smooth transitions, elegant soundscapes, and exceptional ability to read a crowd. Her sets are stylish, dynamic, and perfectly suited to elevated environments—whether creating an effortless sunset mood, enhancing a sophisticated lounge setting, or driving the energy on the dance floor later in the evening.

To further enhance the Moroccan atmosphere of Casablanca Beach Club, carefully curated floor lantern styling can be introduced to add warmth, texture, and authentic visual storytelling throughout the space. Elegant metal lanterns in varying heights and intricate patterns can be placed along walkways, lounge areas, and key focal points, casting soft ambient light that complements the venue’s palette and creates a relaxed, luxurious glow. On-Site Event Coordination & Show Management
To ensure the smooth delivery of an event of this scale and calibre, we will provide a dedicated team of professional on-site event coordinators and show managers. This team will oversee all logistical elements, including performer scheduling, cueing and transitions, technical timing, guest-flow management, and direct communication with the client and venue. They will act as the central point of contact throughout the event, ensuring that every entertainment element runs seamlessly and that any real-time adjustments are handled swiftly and professionally. Our coordinators also support the performers backstage—managing call times, costume changes, and safety requirements—so that every act is presented at its highest standard. Their presence guarantees a cohesive, well-orchestrated experience that allows the client and guests to enjoy the event with complete confidence and peace of mind.

All prices quoted are in AED and are exclusive of VAT. Performer and band lineups are subject to change, and imagery used within this proposal is for representation purposes only; final performers may differ unless otherwise confirmed in writing.
This proposal is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, performer availability cannot be guaranteed, and pricing may be subject to change based on scheduling, demand, or external bookings. Confirmation of any act is only secured upon receipt of a formal booking agreement and deposit.
Technical requirements, staging, and production elements may vary depending on venue regulations and must be reviewed at the time of booking. Any additional requests or customisations may incur supplementary charges.
