Event Concept - Middle East Street
The opening experience within the Asateer Tent is carefully designed as a guided journey, ensuring guests naturally flow through the space while discovering each element of the event in a seamless and engaging way. Rather than gathering in one area, guests are gently led along a curated pathway that reveals a series of entertainment moments, design features, and interactive experiences along the route. This thoughtful layout encourages exploration, keeps the energy evenly distributed, and ensures that every guest enjoys the full breadth of what has been created. By choreographing movement as part of the experience itself, the tent becomes a living narrative—dynamic, immersive, and continuously unfolding—setting the tone for a vibrant and well-paced evening ahead.
Grand Entrance
Guests arrive through an opulent Arabian-inspired entrance, draped in rich fabrics and illuminated by the warm flicker of golden lanterns. Ornate arches, patterned screens, and luxe candlelit pathways guide them into the celebration, creating an immediate sense of grandeur and mystery. Lush palms, intricate metal lanterns, and deep jewel-toned accents frame the walkway, transporting guests into a world of timeless elegance from the moment they step inside. The atmosphere feels inviting yet majestic — a true prelude to a spectacular 60th anniversary gala.

Arabic Coffee & Dates
As guests arrive, they are welcomed with a traditional offering of Arabic coffee and dates, setting a warm and gracious tone from the very first moment. This timeless gesture of hospitality invites guests to pause, connect, and settle into the experience, honouring regional tradition while enhancing the sense of occasion. The rich aroma of freshly poured coffee paired with the sweetness of dates creates an elegant sensory introduction, blending cultural heritage with refined event design and offering a memorable first impression.
This element of the guest experience will be delivered in close collaboration with the Atlantis Food & Beverage team, ensuring seamless service and alignment with venue standards. Working together allows the Arabic coffee and dates offering to be thoughtfully integrated into the flow of the event, enhancing both hospitality and timing. The result is a refined, coordinated welcome that complements the overall journey through the space.
Ayala Dance Performance
Our Ayala Dance Troupe delivers a powerful and authentic cultural performance through a tightly choreographed ensemble of six performers. With commanding presence, rhythmic precision, and beautifully synchronised movement, the group brings the spirit and symbolism of Al Ayala to life in a format perfectly suited to elegant, high-end events. Using traditional canes and coordinated formations, the troupe creates a striking visual and rhythmic moment that feels both intimate and impactful—ideal for guest welcomes, cultural highlights, or ceremonial transitions within a luxury celebration.

With the oud’s warm, resonant tones and expressive melodies, the performance creates an atmosphere that feels both timeless and immersive—perfect for welcoming guests, enhancing lounge moments, or underscoring key transitions throughout the evening. With international performance credits spanning over fifteen countries, Tatiana’s performances are expressive, graceful, and effortlessly engaging—making her a perfect addition to luxury events seeking authenticity, sophistication, and unforgettable visual impact.

Tanoura Dancer
Our Tanoura Dancer delivers a vibrant and visually captivating performance that celebrates tradition, rhythm, and colour. With expertly controlled spins and flowing, layered skirts that create hypnotic patterns in motion, the dancer transforms the space into a living work of art. Rooted in cultural heritage yet electrifying to watch, the Tanoura performance brings energy, symbolism, and spectacle—making it an ideal highlight for grand entrances, cultural showcases, or unforgettable visual moments within a luxury event setting.

For clarity, the Sufi and Tanoura performances are delivered by the same group of specialised artists on rotation, allowing for a seamless artistic progression throughout the evening.
During the earlier part of the experience inside the Asateer tent, the performers will present traditional Sufi dance, creating an authentic and atmospheric cultural moment.
Later in the evening, these same artists will transition to the P17 venue, where they will reappear in their vibrant Tanoura fabric costumes, bringing a dynamic and visually captivating evolution to the entertainment.
We recommend a total of four performers to ensure a continuous, well-paced flow of performances while maintaining strong visual impact and uninterrupted guest engagement across both spaces.

Stilt Walker
Our Stilt Walkers bring instant spectacle and elevated presence to any event, creating striking visual moments from the very first glance. Towering gracefully above the crowd, they move through the space with elegance and confidence, drawing attention, guiding guests, and enhancing the atmosphere with theatrical flair. Styled to suit the theme of the occasion, stilt walkers are perfect for grand welcomes, roaming interaction, or standout photo opportunities—adding scale, energy, and a sense of wonder that transforms the event environment.

Design Element Ideas
For the gala’s visual identity, we propose a suite of Arabian-inspired design elements that blend opulence with warm hospitality. Drawing inspiration from the attached references, the aesthetic features intricate lattice patterns, carved archway silhouettes, rich amber and gold tones, and an abundance of warm, atmospheric lantern lighting. Hanging metalwork lamps with delicate perforated patterns cast beautiful shadows across the space, while clusters of oversized vases, palms, and textured fabrics build depth and authenticity. To anchor the experience and provide a striking photo opportunity, we suggest a luxurious photo wall framed by ornate arches or carved panels, layered with warm candlelight, lush florals in deep jewel tones, and golden accents that echo traditional Middle Eastern craftsmanship. This backdrop not only serves as a statement piece within the venue, but also reinforces the immersive Arabian theme—creating a moment that feels both regal and contemporary, perfect for capturing and sharing the elegance of the evening.

Within the Asateer tent, a beautifully styled Arabesque Photozone will offer guests a moment to pause, capture memories, and fully immerse themselves in the rich Middle Eastern atmosphere of the evening. Inspired by traditional architectural arches and intricate geometric detailing, the installation blends warm golden tones, ornate patterns, and soft ambient candlelight to create a space that feels both luxurious and culturally evocative. Layered textures — from sculptural panels and elegant drapery to lush floral accents and lantern-lined surroundings — frame the setting, while subtle anniversary branding adds a refined celebratory touch. Designed as both a striking visual focal point and an inviting guest experience, this photozone becomes a natural gathering point where storytelling, heritage, and celebration come together seamlessly.

Emerging into P17, the Black Diamond concept unfolds — a striking celebration of the company’s 60th anniversary, where timeless black and white tones are softened with touches of ivy and natural greens. The aesthetic balances modern luxury with understated opulence, creating an environment that feels elevated yet inviting. Here, the atmosphere transforms into a lively gala dinner experience, where refined styling, dynamic entertainment, and thoughtful design converge to mark a milestone moment with elegance and impact.
When In Roamers
The When In Roamers jukebox band is a vibrant acoustic roaming ensemble that brings live music directly into the crowd. Featuring lead vocals, guitars, drums, and saxophone, they deliver rich harmonies and an uplifting sound while moving effortlessly through the space, creating spontaneous and interactive musical moments.
With a versatile repertoire of classics and modern favourites, guests can request songs on the spot, transforming the atmosphere into a lively, shared experience. Perfect for receptions and social celebrations, this dynamic roaming band keeps the energy flowing and the entertainment feeling personal, engaging, and unforgettable.

As the celebration transitions into the P17 phase of the evening, the roaming magicians return in refined, smart attire, evolving seamlessly with the elevated atmosphere of the space. Continuing their captivating blend of close-up magic, playful misdirection, and interactive pickpocket artistry, they move effortlessly among guests, transforming moments of mingling into sophisticated encounters filled with surprise and delight. Their presence maintains a sense of continuity from earlier in the night while adapting to the more polished setting, ensuring the experience feels cohesive, immersive, and endlessly engaging.

Evening DJ Tommy
DJ Tommy Karno is a British house and open-format DJ with over 15 years of international experience, known for delivering polished, high-energy sets perfectly suited to premium venues and large-scale events. Having built his career in London at iconic clubs including Pacha and Ministry of Sound, he relocated to Dubai where he quickly became a resident favourite at leading destinations such as White Beach, Taikun, Palm Bay, Zero Gravity, and Mahiki. Renowned for his ability to balance refined house grooves with select R&B and hip-hop influences, Tommy has supported global artists including Fatboy Slim, Purple Disco Machine, Sonny Fodera, Rudimental, and MK. With an instinctive understanding of atmosphere and crowd flow, he delivers soundtracks that elevate the energy while maintaining a sophisticated edge throughout the event.

Inspired by the spirit of iconic talent showcases, this segment invites selected participants to take the stage for short, high-energy performances, each supported by professionally produced, bespoke backing tracks. Carefully curated to feel polished yet personal, the experience transforms every participant into the star of their own moment while keeping the atmosphere engaging, uplifting, and seamlessly aligned with the overall event flow.
To ensure the segment runs smoothly and delivers maximum impact, we kindly request confirmation of each participant’s chosen song as soon as possible. This will allow us to produce custom backing tracks tailored to a 90-second to 2-minute format, featuring the song’s intro, verse, and chorus — ensuring performers can rehearse in advance with music that feels familiar, comfortable, and performance-ready. Early confirmation will also support technical preparation and programming, guaranteeing a seamless and professional experience for all involved.

More than a simple photo opportunity, the installation becomes an immersive design statement, reflecting the glamour of the Black Diamond concept while offering a memorable and shareable highlight of the evening.

Event & Food Florals
Our floral designer will play a pivotal role in elevating the visual language of the evening, creating bespoke arrangements that enhance not only the décor but the overall guest experience. Rather than acting as standalone decoration, the floral concepts are thoughtfully curated to complement and amplify the culinary journey — with each food station styled through carefully selected blooms, textures, and colour palettes that reflect the tones, ingredients, and personality of the cuisine being presented. This creates a cohesive sensory narrative, where gastronomy and design exist in harmony.
From elegant sculptural centrepieces to refined floral accents woven seamlessly into the food displays, every arrangement will be tailored to elevate presentation without overwhelming the space. Creative Production & Styling
Our team specialises in transforming ideas into fully realised experiences. Once the layout is confirmed and the theme and concept are aligned, we can design and produce bespoke props, installations, staging elements and immersive décor tailored specifically to the space.
We are highly collaborative and open to creative direction, whether that means refining an existing vision or building something entirely original from scratch. From statement entrance features and large-scale installations to intricate styling details and interactive moments, we pride ourselves on creating concepts that feel cohesive, impactful and unforgettable.
No idea is too ambitious — once we understand the spatial layout and creative direction, we can bring almost anything to life.

On-Site Event Coordination & Show Management
To ensure the smooth delivery of an event of this scale and calibre, we will provide a dedicated team of professional on-site event coordinators and show managers. This team will oversee all logistical elements, including performer scheduling, cueing and transitions, technical timing, guest-flow management, and direct communication with the client and venue. They will act as the central point of contact throughout the event, ensuring that every entertainment element runs seamlessly and that any real-time adjustments are handled swiftly and professionally. Our coordinators also support the performers backstage—managing call times, costume changes, and safety requirements—so that every act is presented at its highest standard. Their presence guarantees a cohesive, well-orchestrated experience that allows the client and guests to enjoy the event with complete confidence and peace of mind.

This proposal is valid for 14 days from the date of issue. After this period, performer availability cannot be guaranteed, and pricing may be subject to change based on scheduling, demand, or external bookings. Confirmation of any act is only secured upon receipt of a formal booking agreement and deposit.
Technical requirements, staging, and production elements may vary depending on venue regulations and must be reviewed at the time of booking. Any additional requests or customisations may incur supplementary charges.
