Setting the Scene
The experience begins the moment guests step inside. The atmosphere is shaped by an immersive soundscape, blending spooky yet playful music with subtle sound effects—the creak of floorboards, distant whispers, and cinematic chimes. This audio layer sets the tone: mysterious, theatrical, and exciting, without ever feeling frightening. It instantly signals that guests are about to enter an unforgettable Halloween-inspired world.
Guest Arrival & Welcome Drinks
Roaming Pumpkin Performer
As the soundscape surrounds them, guests encounter two striking Gold Glam Disco Pumpkin Head Models, dressed in flowing black ballgowns. These professional dancers (performers in disguise) move silently yet gracefully, using expressive body language to guide guests into the event. Their shimmering disco-pumpkin heads reflect candlelight and ambient effects, creating a surreal, mesmerising welcome.
Not only do they act as mysterious greeters, but they also provide a high-impact photo opportunity—encouraging guests to pause, pose, and capture a unique memory right at the start of the evening. Their presence sets an immediate tone of mystique, elegance, and Halloween glamour, ensuring that from the very first moment, the event feels both immersive and Instagram-worthy.
The Spellbound Photo Booth
Guests will be drawn to The Spellbound Photobooth, an opulent installation styled with pumpkins, candlelit accents, and plush red velvet or black fabric draping (with help from Chic Event Design). This becomes the enchanted home base for the glamorous Disco Pumpkin performers, who silently invite guests into their world of mystery and elegance, then posing with the guest for a fun experience.
Through graceful, dance-like motions, the pumpkin models guide guests to pose for their moment. To activate the booth, guests must “cast the spell”—raising their hand toward the screen. Using touch-less technology, the camera detects the gesture, triggering the photo in a seamless and magical way.
Not only does this provide a high-impact photo opportunity, but the combination of the touch-less activation and live performer interaction transforms the act of taking a picture into a memorable moment of interactive performance art—a story that guests will share long after the evening ends.
Photos are digital and guests can scan barcode to download their photo/s directly to their phone.
Roaming Electric Harpist
Elevating the evening’s entertainment, guests will be enchanted by Kate – an electric harpist and Guinness World Record holder. Her performance offers both prestige and impact, delivering a hauntingly elegant soundtrack that enhances the atmosphere without intruding on conversation.
Dressed in a glamorous black ballgown with sparkling details and a bespoke Halloween-inspired headpiece, Kate is as visually striking as she is musically brilliant. This combination makes her not only a world-class musician but also a living installation piece, ensuring a truly unforgettable “wow moment” that guests will talk about long after the event.
The Glam Ghost Actor
Floating through the venue in a billowing white ballgown, crowned with a bespoke shimmering headdress, the Glam Ghost is an ethereal host who is equal parts glamour, wit, and mystery. They roam silently at times, drifting gracefully as if haunting the space, then break the stillness with cheeky one-liners and playful interactions that bring the character to life.
Guests will also be drawn in by the trick-or-treat ritual: the Glam Ghost offers them a moment of choice, but with a glamorous twist—guests will always receive a sweet treat, elegantly presented. This element adds a touch of fun nostalgia while ensuring every interaction ends on a high note.

…the Glam Ghost keeps energy light, comedic, and stylish, never frightening. With their striking costume, haunting presence, and charming giveaway element, this character becomes a moving spotlight of entertainment and a guest favourite.

Ballroom Reveal - Showstopping Performance
As the ballroom doors open, a low haze from smoke machines drifts across the floor, illuminated by sweeping spotlights in deep red and shadowy tones. Chelsey stands at the center in her deep red ballgown with sparkling batwings, flanked by three dancers in bold red costumes with spider-web tights. The electric guitarist strikes the opening riff, filling the room with live energy.
Medley:
“I Put a Spell on You” (Joss Stone/Jeff Beck version) – sultry, theatrical opening with live guitar.
“Disturbia” (Rihanna) – moody, edgy choreography, dancers driving energy.
“Levitating” (Dua Lipa) – upbeat, feel-good finale to lift the mood and transition to the dancefloor.

The transition to speeches
As “Levitating” concludes, the music fades smoothly into an ambient underscore. The dancers strike a final pose around Chelsey, batwings extended in the center of the room. Lights shift to a warm, golden glow, spotlighting the stage area as the performers step aside gracefully.
This perfectly sets the scene for the event organiser’s welcome speech — with the crowd already gathered, energized, and focused on the stage.
Evening Flow After Speeches
DJ Set & Dancefloor Opening
As the organiser concludes their welcome speech, the spotlight shifts to the DJ, who immediately lifts the energy with an upbeat Halloween-glam soundtrack. The dancefloor is officially opened.
Return of the Disco Pumpkins
Our Glam Disco Pumpkin Head performers return — this time stepping onto the dancefloor to hype up the crowd, posing for selfies, and enticing guests to join them. Their silent, theatrical body language creates a playful spectacle, while the dancers keep momentum flowing. Guests are drawn in not just to watch, but to BOOgie all night long.
Additional Live Performances
Throughout the night, more live performance bursts keep energy levels high:
Chelsey (singer) with surprise vocal moments on top of DJ tracks.
Dancers weaving in and out of the floor, creating spontaneous 360° visual highlights.
Guitarist or instrumentalists joining the DJ for electrifying live overlays.
Cake Reveal
Cake Reveal
Later in the evening, attention gathers once more for a dramatic cake reveal. This moment is staged with lights and atmosphere — smoke, spotlights, or even a themed sound cue. The cake becomes a centerpiece photo moment, tying into the evening’s theatricality.
Illusionist Performance
Following the reveal, a world-class illusionist takes the spotlight with a short, high-impact performance. Mystical, interactive, and glamorous, this act adds a final layer of surprise and wonder, ensuring the night closes with as much magic as it began.
