Guest Arrival - Lobby
As guests arrive in the lobby, they will be greeted by a stunning display inspired by the Four Seasons Paris installation. The atmosphere will be elevated by the enchanting sounds of two beautiful violinists performing a seamless, non-stop show for two hours. At a key moment, the performance will transition into a quartet, creating a smooth and captivating musical experience without any interruptions.
This elegant setting also offers a perfect photo opportunity for guests, ensuring a memorable evening. To enhance the ambiance, roaming dance performances will interact with guests, embodying the vibrant energy and luxury reflected in the inspiration mood board provided by the Atlantis team. The music, as discussed in a recent meeting with Jordan, and Michael, will include a Bridgerton-themed selection, featuring modern-day hits arranged for strings, perfectly matching the opulence of Atlantis The Royal.
Costume
The performers' costumes will radiate elegance and luxury, in line with the gold and silver colour scheme. The violinists and quartet members will wear floor-length gowns in shimmering gold and silver fabrics, with delicate embellishments that catch the light, adding to the festive atmosphere.
The dancers'/roaming entertainers costumes will be designed for fluidity and movement, incorporating metallic accents and luxurious materials like silk or satin, with intricate detailing that reflects the opulence of the occasion.
The performers will also wear statement headpieces, adding a touch of drama and sophistication, ensuring they captivate the guests and enhance the immersive experience of the evening.
The Performers
Set Design - Optional
The bespoke set design for the New Year's Eve event at Atlantis The Royal will be a stunning visual centerpiece, featuring a large 3-4 meter geometric structure that commands attention. This striking element will be complemented by two elevated podiums for the performers, allowing them to engage with the audience from an elevated vantage point. LED lights will be integrated into the design, casting dynamic lighting effects that enhance the festive atmosphere.
To further elevate the luxurious ambiance, the set will be adorned with various diameter gold and silver balls, strategically placed to create a sense of opulence and continuity with the event's colour scheme. This cohesive and immersive design will provide a captivating backdrop for both the performers and guests, making it a truly memorable New Year's Eve celebration.
Alternative Set Piece Design Idea
As an alternative to a one-night-only artistic installation, we propose a captivating design that will enhance the hotel's foyer throughout the entire festive Christmas and New Year’s period. Drawing inspiration from the iconic Four Seasons Paris installations originally designed by Jeff Leatham which was discussed in an in-person meeting with Jordan and Michael, we’ve consulted with our suppliers and can create a bespoke piece that avoids any copyright issues. The centrepiece of this installation would be an impressive bear or similar animal, standing between 3 to 4 meters tall and approximately 2 meters wide, complemented by festive baubles to enhance the holiday spirit. This installation not only adds grandeur to the space but also offers a lasting appeal that will delight guests over several weeks. We offer a collaborative approach, providing detailed drawings, designs, and updates throughout the process, with flexibility for client amendments until the fabrication stage. Once the design is finalized, the installation can be delivered within 3 to 4 weeks, ensuring it’s ready for the festive season.
The statue would be brought to life by taking a styrofoam base, precision 3D cutting it with a kuka robotic arm, using a special paint coat to give the statue solidity, and then cladding it in acrylic to finish. Again, because of the financial outlay of this design installation, we would recommend using it for the entire Christmas and New Year’s period.

Elements
As guests transition to Elements, the bar and restaurant will come alive with the theme of the four elements—Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water. Our incredible singer Kerrie-Anne, will be audio live-streamed from across the water from Milos, creating a seamless musical connection between the spaces, keeping energy high in anticipation of the countdown.
Guests will be treated to 4 stunning visual performances. Earth will be represented by an acrobat, who will perform in a green dress, skillfully maneuvering within a floral ring to embody the vitality of nature. Wind will be represented by a dancer in a light dress gracefully performing in front of a fan, or by a roller performer gliding effortlessly around, their dress flowing like the wind. Fire will be brought to life by a captivating fire performer, and Water will be symbolised by a performer interacting with a water apparatus or by integrating with the water in the fountain, creating an immersive and mesmerising experience for all.
Costume & Makeup
Each costume for the "Elements" theme will be meticulously sketched in-house and designed by Chelsey, ensuring that every detail captures the essence of Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water.
These designs will then be brought to life, hand-made by our expert costume maker, ensuring a perfect blend of artistry and craftsmanship.
The acrobat representing Earth will wear a flowing green dress adorned with floral accents. The Wind performer will have a light, ethereal outfit that enhances their movements. The Fire performer will dazzle in fiery hues with shimmering details. The Water performer will don a fluid, water-inspired costume. Each piece will be a custom-made masterpiece, tailored to create a stunning visual impact.
To complete the transformation, hair and makeup will be expertly done by our talented artist, reflecting each element onto the face, adding a final layer of artistry and cohesion to the overall look.

Ling Ling
At Ling Ling, the evening will be transformed into an elegant Asian circus, "Cirque Le Shanghai," offering a night of high energy and unforgettable impact. Guests will be immersed in a world of wonder as a roaming saxophonist weaves through the crowd, filling the air with vibrant melodies. Adding to the magic, a magician dressed as a circus ringmaster will captivate guests with mesmerising tricks, while Asian-dressed acrobats showcase their extraordinary talents.
To surprise and delight the crowd, dancers disguised as waitstaff will suddenly burst into a high-energy flash mob, adding an unexpected twist to the evening. Whilst the initial brief requested a caricaturist, we all suggest elevating the experience with a more unique option, such as an illustrator, whose refined artistry will align with the sophisticated ambiance of Ling Ling.
This carefully curated lineup is designed to ensure that the excitement and energy remain at their peak throughout the night, leaving guests with lasting memories of an extraordinary celebration.
Costume & Makeup
For the "Cirque Le Shanghai" event at Ling Ling, costumes and makeup will combine elegance with the dynamic energy of an Asian-inspired circus. Designed by Chelsey and meticulously crafted by our costume maker, the luxurious outfits will feature silks, brocades, and metallic fabrics in rich tones of reds, golds, and blacks. The magician, as the ringmaster, will wear a sleek, embroidered jacket, while acrobats will don form-fitting costumes with subtle Asian motifs and shimmering accessories. Dancers, initially disguised as waitstaff, will reveal vibrant, dramatic costumes during the flash mob. Makeup will be bold yet refined, with dramatic eyes and metallic accents, ensuring a visually cohesive and unforgettable experience.

Our proposed 4-person hair and makeup team is composed of senior artists, each with a wealth of experience and a keen eye for detail. This elite team will be responsible for transforming the elemental performers—Earth, Wind, Fire, and Water—along with the dancers and other artists, ensuring every look is executed with precision and creativity. Without the need for assistants or juniors, these seasoned professionals will work seamlessly to deliver high-impact, cohesive styles that embody the essence of each element while maintaining the luxurious and sophisticated aesthetic your event demands. With their expertise, the visual impact of your entertainment will be nothing short of spectacular.
The makeup team will be headed by Emily, an internationally acclaimed media makeup artist, specialising in creative makeup, performance, editorial, and beauty. With a prestigious career that spans high-profile events, Emily has established herself as a leading makeup designer and head artist, known for her ability to craft unique, visually stunning looks. She has spearheaded teams for major regional events, including Elrow and Expo 2020, bringing her signature flair to each production. Her work has graced the pages of Vogue Arabia, Harper's Bazaar, Elle Magazine, and many other top publications. Emily's impressive client list includes luxury brands like Valentino, Aston Martin, and Huda Beauty, and she has contributed to iconic fashion shows for Balenciaga and London Fashion Week. In the realm of performance, Emily's artistry has enhanced the stage presence of dancers for global stars like Kim Petras at the MTV VMAs, and Beyoncé’s dancers at your Atlantis The Royal opening, solidifying her reputation as a master of her craft.
The Magicians
A high-end professional Close-up Magician, Felipe has more than 20 years of experience working for corporate and private events. He is an Illusionist in Dubai, who has performed for celebrities, Presidents, and Royal families. He delivers a one of a kind show, and is able to approach his guests in English, Spanish, Russian, and French.
Blending professionalism and charm, Ben delivers acts filled with wit, humour, and mesmerising magic. For over 17 years he has been delighting audiences with his extraordinary skills. His performances combine tricks, creativity, and personality. He doesn’t take himself too seriously, and puts his audience at the center of attention. You won’t encounter rabbits in hats; instead, expect modern magic and high-class entertainment with a unique touch
Ash Rose, a seasoned professional close-up magician with over 15 years experience, has performed at many luxury venues worldwide. His mission is to astonish and inspire his audiences, and whether he’s reading minds or performing miracles with the audiences borrowed objects, he delivers a spell binding show that fascinates anyone who is watching!
The Caricature artist
Introducing a caricaturist to your event will add a delightful element of novelty and intrigue that captivates guests and sparks conversation. This talented artist will create lighthearted, exaggerated portraits that capture the unique essence of each guest in a fun and playful way. The live creation of these caricatures adds an interactive and entertaining aspect to the evening, giving attendees a personalized memento that they can take home. It’s a charming way to enhance the overall atmosphere of the event, ensuring that your guests leave with both lasting memories and a one-of-a-kind keepsake
Event Illustrator (Extra idea)
Margot is a distinguished event illustrator renowned for her work at high-end luxury hotels and events. Margot's unique style combines delicate pen outlines with vibrant watercolors, allowing her to create stunning, live-captured illustrations of guests that serve as both personalized keepsakes and elegant pieces of art.

Introducing a silhouettist to your event offers a timeless and enchanting experience for guests. This skilled artist will approach attendees and, with remarkable precision, cut out their profiles on paper, creating elegant silhouettes they can take home as unique keepsakes. The silhouettist's craft not only provides a fascinating live performance but also leaves guests with a beautifully crafted memento that captures their likeness in a classic and artistic form. It's a subtle yet memorable addition to the evening, ensuring your event is both distinctive and unforgettable.
