Setting The Sunset Soiree Scene
As guests enter the ballroom, they’re greeted by a breathtaking vision of sunset elegance — a glowing backdrop bathed in hues of peach, orange, and soft pink, crowned by gently swaying dried palms and bursts of vivid orange florals. Tall golden uprights frame the stage, each adorned with cascading arrangements of tropical blooms and textured foliage that echo the warmth of the setting sun. Flickering candles line the base, casting a golden shimmer across the floor, while the ambient lighting envelops the space in a soft, inviting glow. The atmosphere is one of refined tropical luxury — a perfect fusion of sophistication and sunset serenity, setting the tone for an unforgettable evening at the SGII GOAT Awards 2025.

Serving as the centrepiece of the event, the custom-designed backdrop will beautifully mirror the sunset tiki theme, blending luxury with warmth. Inspired by the blue, orange, and pink hues of a tropical sunset, the design will create a captivating focal point for the awards presentation and photo moments alike. Crafted with layered textures and elegant lighting, it will radiate a soft golden glow—enhancing the ambience and tying together the event’s sunset aesthetic. This bespoke installation will not only frame the awards stage but also serve as a statement visual, setting the tone for an evening of sophistication and celebration.

Award Ceremony Backwall OPTION B
For a more playful yet refined statement piece, we propose a bespoke balloon arch and custom board backdrop, reimagined to suit the luxury sunset theme. This design draws inspiration from the curved, organic shapes often seen at high-end private events, elevated through the use of premium matte and metallic balloons in rich sunset tones of blue, orange, and pink, complemented by touches of gold. The backdrop board would feature sleek branding or event insignia, subtly illuminated to catch the warm lighting of the room. Together, the sculpted arch and board create an elegant focal point—maintaining a chic, polished aesthetic that aligns perfectly with the overall ambience of the awards ceremony.
